We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges except in the case of a verified incorrect item shipment.
Non-Refundable Items

Worn underwear
Personalized selections
Clearance or promotional items
For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we cannot restock or resell returned intimate garments.
Incorrect Item Policy
If you receive the wrong item:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos of the item and packaging
Include your order number
If verified, we may:
Offer a replacement (if available), or
Provide store credit at our discretion
We do not issue monetary refunds unless legally required.
Chargeback & Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree to our Final Sale policy.
Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes may result in:
Permanent account suspension
Blacklisting of shipping address
Submission of evidence to payment processors

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
