Order processing does not include transit time.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Shipping Coverage

We aim to ship to as many countries and regions as legally and operationally possible. However, certain destinations may be unavailable due to:

  • legal restrictions
  • carrier limitations
  • customs regulations
  • payment processor requirements
  • local import prohibitions

If we are unable to ship to your destination, we may cancel the order and issue a refund only for the product amount, subject to our internal review and payment processor limitations.

Customs, Duties, and Import Compliance

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all items ordered are legal to import, possess, and receive in their country, state, province, or locality.

The customer is also responsible for:

  • all customs duties, VAT, import taxes, and brokerage fees
  • compliance with local import laws and regulations
  • any inspections, delays, confiscation, or destruction by customs authorities
  • confirming whether the product category may be restricted in the destination country

We do not guarantee customs clearance and we are not responsible for delays, seizures, refusals, or losses caused by customs or border authorities.

If a package is held, rejected, returned, destroyed, or confiscated by customs or any government authority, no refund, replacement, or credit is guaranteed, unless required by applicable law.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are fully responsible for providing complete, accurate, and deliverable shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • missing apartment, unit, suite, or building details
  • packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error
  • failed delivery attempts
  • packages returned to sender due to address issues

If an order is returned, reshipment may be possible at the customer’s expense. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Risk of Loss

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We are not liable for:

  • ✨stolen packages after delivery
  • ✨misrouted shipments
  • ✨delays caused by the carrier
  • ✨packages marked as delivered but not received
  • ✨any consequence arising from carrier handling errors

If tracking confirms delivery, the order is considered fulfilled, and we may not be able to issue a replacement or refund.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages

If a package cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we may, at our discretion:

  • ✨refund the product price only, excluding shipping and handling costs

Reshipment is not guaranteed and depends on product availability, destination eligibility, and internal review.

Lost in Transit Claims

If a package has not been marked as delivered and appears lost in transit, we may assist the customer in opening an investigation with the carrier.

However, we do not guarantee that the carrier will recover the package or that a refund or replacement will be issued.

Claims may be subject to:

Final Sale Policy

Due to the intimate, personal, and hygiene-sensitive nature of our products, all sales are final once shipped.

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except where required by law or explicitly approved by us in writing.

Any approval for refund, replacement, or store credit is strictly discretionary and may require evidence such as photos, order details, and carrier documentation.

Refused, Delayed, or Seized Shipments

We are not responsible for orders delayed, refused, seized, or destroyed due to:
